The fact you can build your own and have exactly the same experience, or better means it's a PC. The latest SteamOS image finally supports newer AMD GPUs. The new ARM emulation layer for running x86 code is going to be a nice addition too. Paves the way for x86 to be ditched in the future.

You can upgrade the RAM on the new steam machine with a Laptop style SODIMM. It has a desktop experience..It's just a Linux box that defaults to Big picture mode, like the steam deck does. It's a nice addition to the Steam Hardware family. People can build their own too and download the provided ISO

Half-Life Alyx can be, despite being 5 years old. Now it can be played directly on the Steam Frame VR headset. 🤓 (Without a PC attached/linked) - they just need to get the pricing right for all this stuff.

Some did yeah. Some used a fabric hood too..... Goodness knows what Sega Force magazine did as their screenshots were grainy and had terrible colours...

Yeah. Many did. I applied my own kind of logic to it. it was far to complex an issue to solve with a Yes or No, but the safe one was "No". Ironically, the "Lemming" option was "yes" (only saying as it's Mikes thread 😀)...Reform party is just a rebrand of Brexit party (same logo even), same grifter

"Desperate to leave the EU...." That's a bit far fetched. I voted remain along with 16,141,241 (48% vs 52%) others............... trouble is, we have a lot of cretins in England. (And contrary people) - I believe in the path to least resistance.
