A warrant of removal/deportation does NOT grant ICE access to your home. 2. You have the right to remain silent. You do not have to answer questions from ICE about your immigration status, where you were born, where you live, where you are from, or whether you have documents. If you have valid immigration documents, you should show them when asked. Lying about your immigration status can have serious consequences. 3. You do not have to sign anything given to you without consulting an attorney first. You should not sign a document without reading, understanding, and knowing its consequences.
