if the Scottish Green party merged with the English one, it would split the Unionists in Scotland, where there must be some who really aren't as bad as the parties that represent them.

In Scotland, where matters are devolved, SNP already do what Zac Polanski wants for England. Where matters are reserved, again, Zac Polanski mostly matches what SNP want changed. I think if the Scottish Green party merged with the English one...

steer them in a better, more useful direction than we have witnessed at times up here; where to be relevant, they often go off on a tangent that, (although unwittingly), has caused friction, division & resentment that reflects on SNP due to the Bute House Agreement....

Then again, if it was true, I wouldn't expect them to make such an announcement until after the Scottish election anyway.

To be honest, for them (Scottish Green), as a party, they should merge, it would increase their popularity, and I believe, steer them in a better, more useful............
