- don't stretch too much. use heat and ice more. get braces otc to use when doing more activity (like a wrist brace for writing)

- ask pcp about headaches (especially if you're having more sensory sensitivity aka aura) and about pain
- ask eye doc about fl41 tint
- try this pain scale and share it with drs+

- get a bp and/or hr monitor. do a poor man's tilt table on yourself *in a safe area in case you pass out or collapse* (google can explain how)
- more salt, more water. probably won't hurt, might help if it is dysautonomia.
