It would seem a lot of companies just let their devs test their own work and hope for the best then fix issues that customers find. Look at the video game industry, games at release are often bug ridden, or they release into ‘beta’ and have bugs raised by potential customers.

The approach to testing now is; let’s release it to the customers and get their feedback after we break everything

It uses a storyboard approach, you can generate multiple scenes/videos at the same time and splice them together.
