Haven’t posted here in a while, but I’ve been spinning for Tour de Fleece and watching the Tour de France.
Fluffy wool in reds, golds, green and icy blue sits under a spinning wheel bobbin full of thinly spun singles. This is the process for making plied yarn.

Decided before I put the stockings away they needed a little embroidery. I like to call this stress crafting.

Spending too much time doomscrolling? Me too. Here’s a just finished quilt and a matching palette of fountain pen inks.

Today’s FO is a fab pair of Gradient socks in Freia Foibers Sole Mates in the Chameleon colorway. I’m trying to clear out WIPs!
