That smarts. But I think you’ve misattributed the problem. Gen AI isn’t experimental in the sense that, say, driverless cars are experimental, IMHO. Gen AI is just the wrong tool to use to learn about current events. That will never change.

I have a transgender daughter. She’s growing up having to think twice and then again, about things like where to stop for gas on her way home from college. Who’d have thought.
