He has a tail behind him because he's a flamboyant, extravagant, expensive piece of shit and because I like making him like that. I also have other ideas in mind for his possible outfit but the main theme is def a wedding, his outfit is either going to be a regular suit or a traditional Chinese one

But anyways, I imagined an animation or an animatic with Yasha to "Masochism Tango" and or "Stalker's Tango" with an outfit like this and with the mask you see(dancing with mc). His suit is like that because I heavily associate him with butterflies and I also added heart motifs to him
