From trying the PTR and reading official posts and whatnot, I believe server doesn't matter with housing!
Region does, but as long as you're on US servers you can 100% do housing with WrA/MG folks

(I think it's cuz the house is for your warband across all realms and not just a specific toon)

Thought it might be nice for anyone who doesn't wanna join a public or guild neighbourhood but doesn't have enough people to form a private one with, since 8 is the minimum
