No. If anything, their membership should be conditional and with *fewer* privileges than the other states. And it's not like they're enthusiastic about it on their end. Before a Treaty reform no new members should be accepted anyway, let alone the one who's dead set on destroying the EU from within.

These overly optimistic assessments have been popping up for 3 years now. We need more secondary sanctions and more pressure on Europe to stop supporting Russian economy (especially HU), and fewer rosy economic analysis.
