Honestly they are both great airlines and a lot of it probably just depends on the sort of day everyone is having ! Happy trails !!

Well… kind of.. in the United States FAs are licensed by the federal government but it’s possible in other countries to be a “flight hostess” and they generally are not required to know more than how to offer hospitality.
