Recently discovered my favorite plants are actually epiphites, which led me to buy what Mr calls the most expensive dirt ever. To which I immediately say no dirt, just rocks, wood and worm poop love LOL

Someone come put me out of my misery. Missing work today and most likely will also miss tomorrow. Can't go in those retirement apartments like this, I'll wipe out the whole building.
Took the girls to the dog park and let them run and play while I walked and did some crochet. Came home and slept for four hours. Less walking tomorrow at the park.

Had to frog a few rows and it took a bit longer than planned because I am apparently sick but its finished and he loves it.

I have a process when I bring home a mirror. Especially when it came from someone's house. It gets cleaned outside. Physically and energetically. Then, and only then can it come in.

Its amusing that my self check for how we are doing mentally is to see if the crumby floor on the bottom of barefeet makes me feel ick and want to clean or if I dont even notice it. If its the second, yeah we are not doing well.

Although I am the healthiest I have been in a decade and my inflammation markers are normal, I still have lupus and osteoarthritis and this cold, wet weather hurts. I am thankful to be healthy for this time and these reminders to still take it easy at times, rest, take care of me are needed.

Wooo! My mini stocking arrives today and Loves comes shortly after. Just like the advant calendar, he has not had a stocking since he was young. I am incredibly excited to make these memories and experiences with and for him. I am not a Christmas person but I am really looking forward to this one.

Those blondies didn't last long Love devoured them. Made crinkle cookies for the first time last night and immediately put 75% in the freezer for actual Christmas. My first batch didnt crinkle properly. Had no idea they were so finicky. Few more things to make, sugar cookie dough tonight.

Been going between the shuttle and the needle and my hands have decided that needle tatting is the way. My hands cant hold the shuttle and keep the tension but the needle, not nearly as painful.
