Gearing up for Christmas.. making as much as I can ahead 16 people coming for Christmas Lunch. Prawn Cocktails followed by Turkey, Lamb and Pork Loin all the roast vegetables and salads. A proper jelly trifle Pavlova Chocolate Ripple cake Mince Tarts and a cheese and fruit platter for dessert. Phew!
