Doctors at West Suburban Medical Center are taking legal action against the hospital for sums they say have not been paid.

Resident doctors say a lack of resources and worsening patient care have led them to demand a contract for better patient safety.

CEO Manoj Prasad said midwives and family medicine physicians would no longer have delivery privileges because of liability insurance.
