This is sadly how many boys are still raised. If they have sisters, their parents often allow them to insult and otherwise bully them non-stop. Emotionally abusing girls and women is a deeply ingrained habit in many men. They often bully at work and in the home on autopilot.

The notes showed the pattern, but most of the time this remains strictly verbal. I think more women should do this so they have receipts.

There is one thing that would give them a charisma-bonus but it is something they do not want to do: consistently act from genuine kindness.
