I am a retired nurse and love reading, gardening and PlayStation/computer games. I am married and have two 18 year old cats plus two 11 month old Savannah kittens. Also have two daughters.
I read, not just for pleasure, but for my sanity. A good book is an escape, for a short time. A book exercises your imagination in a way that other media cannot. Every evening before bed I sit quietly and read. Only problem with that is sometimes I end up going to bed early hours of the morning
