Tesla will soon be overtaken by the Chinese EV manufacturers - they make excellent cars at a fraction of the price of a Tesla. We won't see them in the US anytime soon and the US will give the EV market (and solar and battery) market to the Chinese. These are growing industries, but not for the US

Senator, please tell us what the penalties are for failing to comply with the law? This is a lawless administration. Who can and will enforce compliance and penalties? Who will be arrested and who will prosecute? SCOTUS has Trump absolute immunity.

Not shocked. The Trump administration doesn't follow any laws. Who would hold them accountable? Certainly not the DoJ and not our courts. It's up to the people to take action at the ballot box. Justice will be delayed and Trump will continue his unlawful ways.
