Every year I'm amazed by the amount of additional coaches in the market and think: surely it's saturated by now. Ever year I'm proven wrong. Then again, I'm not a customer so maybe I just don't feel the pain yet?

Right? I always find it insane when someone converts from free tier to a yearly premium tier without even passing the monthly step first (how I typically buy SaaS). Unfortunately didn't have enough of those users to justify keeping the product alive 🙄
