Used to be a Project Manager. Now I knit, read, watch Warriors games and try to figure out what I want to do next. Oh and rage against the dumbest man in the world.
All true and yet sometimes it’s just not a great building and actually is out of scale. I’m of the build, build, build persuasion, and even I think this is not a good design.

Why do I suspect you do not live in San Francisco.
December 5, 2025 at 6:08 AM
Word salad nonsense. Developers are not govt subsidized. They don’t build because restrictive zoning, NIMBY litigation and bureaucracy mean they lose money. We have made all new housing construction impossible in SF for decades. Private equity firms only show up when housing is in short supply.

Nah I’ll stop following instead.
December 5, 2025 at 5:52 AM
“Affordable housing” in SF is still pretty expensive. But how does building more housing of any type solve nothing. We have built nothing for 40 years, we need more housing, full stop.
December 5, 2025 at 3:21 AM
He doesn’t. Has to go.
December 5, 2025 at 3:14 AM
He barely plays. You don’t want him back.

Less deadweight Draymond. He’s become a real liability. More Pat Spencer.

What?
December 5, 2025 at 2:42 AM
Trade Podz and Kuminga. ASAP!!

Youngest player in the league.

Sadly for us, he was born in Vancouver. So he can be the Canadian Premier but not the US President.
December 4, 2025 at 6:40 AM
I dunno. I think Google was going to catch up regardless. Just happened faster than expected.
December 4, 2025 at 6:36 AM
There are no specifics. They are just brutal, violent monsters. There is no plan.
December 4, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Doubt it.
December 4, 2025 at 2:38 AM
I live in eternal hope that they trade him to a truly terrible team.
December 4, 2025 at 2:33 AM
Why not? . @nytimes.com and @washingtonpost.com are anti democracy cowards who are so afraid of this old man, they ignore clear evidence he is in serious decline. I take great comfort in the fact that no one under 40 looks at these "papers."
December 4, 2025 at 2:26 AM
I would think they would give them a bonus.
December 4, 2025 at 2:20 AM
That is never going to happen. But you know maybe we can have two or three until buildings in the suburban west side of the city. And high rises on Van Ness, instead of car dealerships. But yeah, I guess it's better to let all the lucky boomers who bought years ago block any new housing.
December 3, 2025 at 11:29 PM
Nonsense. This will not address our 82K housing shortage.
December 3, 2025 at 11:27 PM
What capacity? And what funding? We need massive amounts of housing if SF is to be anything more than a playground for lucky boomers and AI staffers. Oh and you I guess cause what you got lucky in the rent control sweepstakes? Ridiculous.
December 3, 2025 at 11:25 PM
Lie.
December 3, 2025 at 11:23 PM
What does this even mean? We don't build enough housing of any type in SF. In this country, developers build the housing. That's how it works. And historically we have made it impossible for any developers to build anything. Rent control does not address supply shortages.
December 3, 2025 at 11:22 PM
You name call and whine, but have NO evidence to support your claims. We have built no housing in SF for decades. Which is why it's one of the most expensive housing markets in the US. And why families leave.
