So I am working on the last update to ProRemote Light Edition (ProRemote LE)!!! Now that ProRemote LE and ProRemote are identical, it is time to put LE to bed. It will continue to work as long as Apple lets it. Switch over to the ProRemote from the LE version, it's easy.

Btw- this ProRemote LE update I'm working on will be our last update to the LE version. The LE version is identical to the regular ProRemote version. Next version of LE will ask users to migrate to ProRemote and some users might be offered complementary subscriptions to the full unlocked version.

Ok so that wasn’t exactly easy but we got the update for ProRemote accepted and out the door. I still need to update the online release notes once I also update the LE version.

Ok I found a fix for the crash in ProRemote on iOS 18. Now let’s see how long it takes to get this build accepted! Plus it might have a new trick up its sleeve.

There’s a new crash bug in ProRemote that happens when the app can’t connect to your Mac. It puts up an error and when you click OK it crashes. I’m working on it now.

Should I port the CoreMIDI stuff to ProRemote so it too can sorta support Windows?
Won’t be able to do more than 8 channels with CoreMIDI.

Exciting news! ProTransport now indirectly supports Windows thru CoreMIDI->rtpMIDI. Release is being reviewed by Apple. Please check it out and send me feedback

We brought back ProTransport to the AppStore after it got pulled for absolutely no good reason. Also working on a new version that supports Windows thru CoreMIDI.
