Pizza made with a 30 hour biga in a very hot oven on a pizza stone. Stone heated for 45 mins. Took about 10 minutes to cook.

Last few loaves of sourdough wouldn't rise at all and had a really sour taste when baked. Starter seemed active so was confused. Got another starter from my daughter and voila. Hot cross buns for swimmers on beach later 😋

You can shove your heat pumps where the sun don't shine. At this time of year and during storms and power cuts, a stove is vital. Heats the whole house despite size and I can cook on it and boil a kettle.

My 3 year old grandson riding 11hh Milly belong to neighbour who won't sell her but will lend her to me. Daughter asked how much she's worth. I said thousands because there are so few small ponies without an ounce of badness, and she is one. Has never ever done anything to any small child.

Even though ripened in house surprisingly flavourful and a lovely acidity. So much nicer than the watery shop bought offerings.
