Starting to look familiar but lunch is about a cup of rice with leftover pork, shoulder, onions and spinach.

Also some chilies that are spicier than I had intended as usual.

Family taco night was pretty good but honestly I was a little bit worried about running out of tortillas so I made myself a salad and it ended up being delicious and much healthier than the tortillas would have been.

Okay, I accidentally made this too spicy.

I forgot I added a whole red jalapeno before I also added chilli crisp.

Oops yum.

It's chicken and rice and spinach apart from that.

Food yesterday was a mixed bag but there wasn't too much of it. Steak sandwiches with garlic sauce for lunch because leftover steak.

Fish and chips with some shrimp for dinner because my son got to pick and I like when he eats fish

Dinner was Red Robin with the kids. Lots of broccoli was had.

We managed to spill two drinks minimum. Very smooth.

Workout was lunges, cossack squats, and a taekwondo class.

For the record, the macros on this are about 650 calories and about 45 g of protein. Something like 13 fat. Pretty good.

Workout today was back-to-back martial arts classes.

The sword class was pretty heavy on cardio and stances and I did my form many times.

The taekwondo class was not quite as exhausting, but we did lots of jumping kicks and self-defense.

Did you know that at Chuy's you can order meat on the side? And vegetables on the side. And if you're like me and only eat the meat and vegetables in the fajita meal, this is a lot cheaper. Like a lot.

First thing this morning I did some lunges, some assisted lunges, some cossack squats and some assisted cossack squats. I need these for sword.

Then I did like 30 minutes of beatsaber. Whoof. That's hard on the arms.

I cannot stress how good chicken and toum is on a sandwich.

I needed protein because I promised the kids deep dish.and that will be a LOT of calories and no protein.
