It’s the sweet version of ancient Roman cheesecake. I used ricotta (the cheese isn’t actually specified outside of being young and soft) and spelt flour for this one. It has a little honey. then it’s topped with honey- I used my fancy French lavender honey bc it’s the main flavour outside the flour
