Currently in EU but previously lived in Asia. Appreciate it may be difficult where you live if you don't have a market. Never yet been to a place that does not have staples. Sometimes, it can get boring eating the same things when travelling, but always had options

People in Africa mostly follow a plant-forward diet. The issue is that they don't have enough food available. A lot of the food we could eat are fed to animals

The best benefit if the world goes vegan though is that we will be able to stop the exploitation of sentient beings
