Went to my first strongman saturday session for a few months learnt to viper press the log got a double at 65kg then some volume work at lighter weights. Also first time pulling a sled with a harness top run was approx 450-480kg. Was fun

Don't normally post this sort of thing but it's 20 years since my mum died and I am feeling it a bit harder this year. Not sure I have really ever probably processed it fully. Also it's probably getting because I am only a couple years now from her age when she passed.

Thinking of finally upgrading to an iPhone any feedback welcome are they worth it or should I stick with android and if so is the latest Samsung or Google phone the better one?

Had my strongman contest yesterday and was the best I have ever been. 3 PB's and a matched PB. Especially proud of my deadlift performance 10 reps in a minute at 160kg when I did this comp 11 months ago I only got 6 and best in training was 8. Moving events were both PB's also

Less than 48 hours to my strongman comp nerves kicking in a bit but determined to do my best and put in some PB performances Will be a good indicator of my progress as the same comp I did 11 months ago as my first one ever and some of same events
