Please enjoy the photo of Maple the retired K-9 in a beekeeping suit. #dogs
She is using her sniffing superpowers to detect bacteria in beehives, and looking mighty stylish in the process.

My local @indivisibleteam has done great work on #teslatakedown - impressive here where every street has many Tesla owners.

My local group believes we have to be on X, FB, and Insta. Now that we have a dedicated social media person, I haven't seen any Bluesky posts (the bridg.gy is working) […]

Hey GIS mapping friends. I was a StoryMaps user for years for blogs, but the platform went away and I can't migrate to ArcGIS because I use a Chromebook (it's all I need).

BTW, everything I ever wrote has been deleted.

Satellite imagery shows the storm swallowing highways and buildings, plunging the city of 2.6 million people into darkness.

Bicycling is a transportation issue and it's a public health issue. We're a stronger, safer, healthier nation when more people can safely ride their bikes. That's why we're alarmed about reports that the CDC's mission-focused work of preventing chronic disease may be eliminated.

A super useful thread on what to do now that the GOP has a framework for reconciliation.
The House just passed its budget resolution, so reconciliation is now officially underway. This is their bill to destroy Medicaid and SNAP while cutting taxes disproportionately for the rich.

THIS IS VERY REAL and can be enacted even if all Ds vote no.

Thread on what's to come and WHERE TO FIGHT.
