Re-watching one of my fav series from childhood with my partner: Primeval.
We had watched through up to the second season early last year and then fell off, so we’ve restarted the watch entirely 😅
The CGI is definitely of the time but honestly not that bad. And! They do use physical props too!

My mom would have been 56 today. I don't know how to feel about it, other than alone and sad. I have to go to work at 7 am so what I'm really going to do is just punch (metaphorically) myself to sleep so I don't have to think anymore, and then when I wake up pretend it's not the 2nd today.

Need to get myself some new journals and start outlining my plan. My goal by this time next year is to be able to start submitting portfolios out into the job market even if still in school, but I need to visualize/write down my plan and a physical journal is going to be better than a digital for me

Really excited about the future in terms of career! I won’t say too much but I’ve got a solid plan and path forward for the first time.
I’ve never been set on what I wanted to do as a career and it’s been somewhat paralyzing and kept me from forwarding my education, but not anymore! So excited!

Honestly genAI can never beat the sheer astral brain thinking a shower can cause. GenAI WISHES it were that good, but it never can be and never will 😌 death to genAI
I love showers for the way it makes the brain go into hyperdrive zen mode for creative thinking. Figured out a loooot of stuff for VoE in just one shower today and it feels good 😌 also reworked my take on vampires and im so excited to introduce the lore rework. Hint: demonic worm hiveminds

The Killer’s lead singer has such a fantastic voice in acoustic. I keep re-listening to When We Were Young live and it is an acoustic. I am not sure what I like so much about his voice, but I love it.
