Finally found out what happened to MY FRIEND who was detained by ICE back in May that I haven't heard from since. I've known him for years....been here for over 20 years legally, detained for not declaring a marijuana charge from when he was a teenager.

What is stopping a democratic congress person from walking into one of these "press conferences" and stepping next to Johnson and say, "He just lied to you - non citizens are not here illegally. He lied, this is going to hurt americans." etc?

I've wondered why MAGA doesn't seem to understand that "non-citizens" are *NOT* synonymous is "illegal aliens".
Now I understand - it's because people like Johnson is TELLING them that they are the same thing. It's disgusting and needs to be called out at every opportunity.

CONCLUSION
For the above reasons, this Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, ECF 6, and temporarily enjoins Defendants' September 28, 2025, Memorandum ordering
