I've been coloring and rendering the jackalope for a week or more. It's teaching me how to properly color more objects and lighting. I have my light source positioned, but my lighting will still be very wrong. I don't care it's looking cool

Time lapse for the Okapi! This was the first fully shaded background with trees I have ever made, completely by myself, no premade tree brushes. I think this painting style is going to become my main style. I really want to find a more colorful secondary style though.

This is what I colored today while the power was out! It wasn't that bad, but even short power outages can be dangerous for disabled people. I wasn't to do much without heating and proper food. Mostly napped and colored all day 💚

I finished my little ant drawing. I had been using it as warm up and color practice. It has definitely helped me learn how to layer colors and render better. The ant I drew is an Asisn Weaver Ant. They produce silk to help "glue" their woven leaf nests together.
