I grew up in Maine though, there were not a lot of arcades. Mostly pairs of machines in pizza places, you had to hope.

they are criss-crossing your world to find pieces of a puzzle, maybe it takes most of their lives, 50 years, or the time it takes for the kingdom to fall. I wouldn't do it any faster than a few years unless it was a limited run.

I would say in most cases it should be a few years, but pressure can both speed up or slow down a process depending on what it is. If your players are fighting through tough times, maybe they learn quickly or die trying. If...
