Being a kid in the 1980s and a teen in the 1990s was weird — like learning history backwards.

Richard from The Crystal Maze was in some kind of weird stage musical that was also a film?

Apparently Ringo from Thomas the Tank Engine used to be in a band?

In the Land of Oz, are the Witches allocated to the compass directions at random, or is it according to their moral alignment?

If a new Witch turns up do they sub-divide the directions to make space for her?

The city of Gloucester is full of hidden historic gems. For instance I found one of Shakespeare's early drafts in the King's Walk car park.

A recent purchase of an Angelcare bin, designed to hold used nappies inside a plastic film liner to prevent odours. Also used to clean up bagged waste from a pet dog.

I made some vinyl decals a while ago so I decided to stick one on the new bin, which is now named Vladimir's poo-tin.

Visited a children's book warehouse today. Third visit to their current location but first time I had to use the toilets. I was not prepared for this.

Fans of the Windows XP desktop background image "Bliss" might enjoy this photograph of a field that I took during the lockdown in 2020.

It's on the back lane between Tram Inn and Callow in Herefordshire, England, and was taken from the top deck of an empty No. 36 bus.
