While we're disappointed the court paused the injunction at "Alligator Alcatraz," this is far from the final ruling - the fight continues.

We are committed to stopping the mass detention center in the heart of the Everglades. Help fund the fight at everglades.org.

We’re optimistic, but an appeal to the ruling has already been filed. The forces behind this project are powerful and have no plans to back down. We and our partners at Center for Biological Diversity, the Miccosukee Tribe and Earthjustice are working to protect our legal win.
