I wonder if US citizens are embarrassed of their country as it stands now? Patriotism is instilled from such a young age, so it must be hard to see your country being run by unqualified, many unelected, MAGA loyalists.

Don’t waste time on the “show me where he was hateful” people by showing them. Those who agree with his opinions cannot see or feel the hate. They believe empathy is a made up woke liberal term. He may have said these things in a respectful tone, but the messages were still dehumanizing.

I will thank Trump for one thing:
The Canadian Convoy folks used our Flag and tarnished it for so many of us.
Trumps actions has allowed us to take it back with Pride.

It would be wonderful if we were able to change our opinion when presented w/ new information. We tend to disregard new info when it doesn’t fall in line with what we think we know or what side it benefits.

Bill Maher is correct about not spending holiday time with MAGA. He said “It's like, not letting certain people sit next to you on the bus”. I don’t want to sit by anyone who holds the bigoted views many MAGAs have. The disrespect for Women, LGBTQ+, Immigrants, find another seat and FO.

I cannot wrap my head around the 2 separate realities US citizens and by proximity Canada, exist in.

How can so many people be so hateful?

The Right have KKK, Nazis, anti-LGBTQ+, Proud Boys, Pro-Birth, anti Science, and a Bully as their idol.
