Thing is, he could have just asked Denmark/Greenland if the USA could place some missile interceptors and radar stations in Greenland, and they probably would have said yes even a few months ago.

I spent some time this morning trying to get rid of Google's Gemini butthole. I couldn't! I have opted out of integrating it in every product I have… but it's still there!
