I enjoyed this mini arc a lot more than I expected! Hanekawa is a complicated character, plenty worthy of the screen time she was given. I enjoyed seeing pre Bake Araragi as his personal growth is highlighted well. A very dense 4 episodes that are worth thinking about.

#Anime #Nekomonogatari EP 4 - This series is so good at concluding arcs of the story in a way that doesn't FEEL good. Kizu and now this both left me feeling conflicted, wondering what everything was even about to begin with. These characters are complex, and require taking time to look deeper.

2026 Media Thread! Keeping track of everything last year was a lot of fun, it helped me form more concrete opinions. This year I want to play more games and read more manga, as well as watch Ghibli and KyoAni's entire catalogue. I also really want to read my first VN! We'll see how I do by 2027!

1. I'm in love with Rhea Seehorn 2. Even when this show is at its most self indulgent, the concept alone is so stimulating. I was consistently engaged throughout the entire season, and never once got bored while watching! I'm sad there isn't anything left to watch. NEED S2 ASAP!

I've never watched such a beautiful and stylized show quite like this before. Kyoto Animation gave it their all in this adaptation! Seriously impressive production full of love for the source material. If you want a feel good show that will make you giggle, please watch this!

I have my qualms with the final arc, but everything clicked when it needed to. The final episode was quite emotional for me, I really enjoyed the epilogue. I watched this show when I was 14 and now I'm 22, it was worth catching up to share this experience!

I was inspired by the Nagoshi game announcement and decided to give this movie a chance, and I'm glad I did! Everything I watch out of South Korea is at the very least incredibly entertaining. I really enjoyed Ma Seok-do in this, the movie did seem a bit racist towards China tho.

This season was a blur! Most of it good some of it bad, this season continues the hype train from season 6. The pacing felt a bit off, but the peaks make up for it! All Might in the final episode, Endeavor Family, and especially Gentle Criminal were all amazing!

I remember thinking this wasn't a very strong season my first time around. On rewatch, I enjoyed it a bit more but still have the same issues, particularly around how Polly acts most of the season and Johns death. Luka and Aberama are really cool though!

I've been chipping away at a Chainsaw Man reread and I'm currently on Vol. 7! Watching the movie and finally having all of part 1 physically is what made me start, I saw there was a sale during Black Friday and decided to finish up all of the part 2 english volumes! I now own every volume available!

The best season by far! Engaging start to finish, both arcs this season were the best in the series. Great character work, some with slight misses like Endeavor. But Deku, All might, Shigaraki, Hawks, Twice, Dabi, all got amazing moments/developments.

Slightly disappointed that this movie wasn't about hero's outside of Japan, but I'm still happy with what we got! The direction in this movie was much more cinematic compared to the previous entries, and had more great animation cuts! Another fun movie!

God I love hype moments and aura, especially from shounen movies that are allowed to bend the rules a bit for entertainment value. The finale of this movie was such a joy to watch, Bones knocked it out of the park!
