Bluesky considers things like underwear to be usually sexual content, but it doesn't affect your account negatively to my knowledge. And you can mark stuff yourself from your post menu + when you post an image. You can also turn on the ability to see adult content from your settings.

Experiment and see what works for you, maybe making your own website might be a good choice also. Also, I would recommend having Skeb in your bio next to whatever Link service you use. So they can it see first.

You can post whatever you want to post. The content you make breaks no rules at all and there isn't algorithm that stops your posts from being spread if it contains links to other websites. So feel free to do what you whatever you feel like.
