Lovely 1949 Land Rover Series 1 that came to Kenya to serve in the Min of Defense that later found its way to private hands, now given a decent restoration.

The car brands that once found themselves under British Leyland, restored and shown at the 2025 Concours d’Elegance at Ngong Racecourse here in Nairobi. British cars were plentiful on our roads pre-BL and the Japanese invasion.
