Directly downloading IPSW firmware images from #apple tops out at about 7 MB/s, but fluctuates a lot. Through #cloudflare Warp it goes up to 70 MB/s. Something's really fishy here.

Nowadays I blame either the adblocker or the target service for outages. I am quite lucky to have a pretty stable internet connection, and if that fails, mobile hotspot through a different carrier.

I often forget you can send MMS messages to an e-mail address. Don't know why one would do it nowadays, but I suppose it could be convenient occasionally. Can't reply back to them though.

Apple's download servers are so unpredictable sometimes. One day I can be downloading IPSW at almost line rate, another day (like today) it barely reaches 2 MB/s.

Does anyone know if #zootopia2 was rendered/mastered/printed in 4k? Went for an IMAX screening, and subjectively it looked like 2k, pretty blurry for a screen this size (in contrast to most of the promos prior to the actual film).

#kobo Clara BW doesn't support 5 GHz DFS channels despite the regulatory domain allowing for it. Wish me luck to reach anyone knowledgeable about the firmware internals. So far it's two human robots parroting things like "clear Wi-Fi settings", "rename your SSID" etc.
