I never understood why people took the long drive to and from the Hamptons, knowing what the traffic is like getting in and out, especially on Sunday’s, when they could just take the Jitney or LI railroad.

Yes, multiple options to and from the Hampton is TOPS. I enjoyed my Jitney rides. They were quiet and peaceful.

It is more comfortable than the train, for sure, but after holidays I took the train because it goes to midtown NYC.
