it measures blockers effect on dysphoria? So either they don't know what blockers are, or they are deliberately using a measurement that has nothing to do with what blockers do, in order to measure effectiveness, while ignoring harm prevented

To be fair to them, it is the only logical conclusion of FWS. You can't protect a group of people while saying they don't exist at the same time.
