It found explanations that made very good sense for nearly every lame point and poorly demonstrated element of AZ and Team Flare, which is really impressive. Also shows a lot of why Lysandre actually was someone who got away with what he did and not the world's most obvious villain to every citizen

now, that said, I actually agree with everything here being nominated, and that's actually really cool. Seeing THIS many Indies at the top is... just magical, really. It's such a good representation of the year

In my eyes, if you create something to experience it again later, or share it with someone else, it's art. Making clothes fits too. Heck, even if you fuck it up, still art.

as someone who does believe they are art, I would actually say it ISN'T important. It's just a matter of fact. I'm not going out of my way to argue down people who claim it isn't, just endorsing it as one to support the medium as an art medium like I would for painting, music, cooking, film, etc

As I once heard it described by... uh, someone: "all games are art but not all games are artistic"

I actually didn't even pick MY favorites, I picked the "most video game" games I could. This medium is something special and offers so much you can't get any other way.
