I so resonate!! 😬I have been trying to adopt a hope that it’s all connected- maybe fractal even? Like when I can integrate and understand what’s imbalanced in myself, it might ripple out benevolently- in the very least in how others experience me, which I think has to count for something!🤞 ❤️

Okay random recommendation because I relate - doomscrolling /all / the time. But I recently found “FathomVerse” which scratches the scroll impulse but you help marine researchers train their algorithms to ID photos captured of deep sea life. Wanted to pass along as it’s helped me break the scroll!

I start my mornings with a cup of green tea, listening to Good Jazz (recently been into Alice Coltrane) while scrolling on cosmos.so and pretend I’m a muse or something studying humanity’s artistic patterns and preferences. It’s been lining up with the sun flooding through my office window.

I adore StoryGraph!! Not only is it a great platform, tracking my reading in this way has exploded my motivation to read, get out of my comfort zone and expand what I read, and connect with other folks. I cannot recommend it enough 😊
