Every car driver should spend a minimum of 1 month every year on 2 wheels. Bicycle, scooter, motorbike, it doesn't matter but removing the metal around them makes them more aware.
Obviously some exceptions for disability etc.

The voice and watch are part of a subscription but it's under £9 a year for the full suite of apps and it's used for much more than meds. I have Raspberry Pi's around the house so they send my phone & watch info, very useful when weekly scripts finish and scrape custom quick launch tiles.

I use Tasker.
I've got it to announce when it's time then nag every 20 minutes, turn the status bar green, put a pill icon on the watch, talk to me & listen for my reply, and log the time taken to a daily pain diary that's automatically shared with the pain clinic.
Then it texts my wife confirmation
