amaretto frost black tea - tasty! nice almond/marzipan flavor and not too sweet. good with milk and sugar too, which is always a plus in my book

cocoa mint decaf black tea - this is...fine. it's exactly what it sounds like, which means I would never choose to drink it outside of this advent calendar but it's not BAD? I AM going to make a cup of my beloved tapal danedar rn though, blessedly free of cocoa and full of caffeine.

snow monkey green tea (lavender, vanilla, blueberry) - repeat from last year! the vanilla is more pronounced at first; lavender takes over as the tea cools down (and is a little too strong for my taste). still, pretty nice. and yes this is almost exactly what I noted last year lol

yeah tbh I have to say I’m not wild about their…english breakfast I think? one of the standard breakfast teas. there’s a flavor that doesn’t belong. so maybe hit or miss!

but yeah: same. 🤝 at least the tea advent calendar has only one serving per day, so it doesn’t fill up my cabinet even more lol

see, I generally like H&S which is why their cinnamon spice tea felt like such a betrayal 😂 their east frisian loose leaf is one of my go-tos for strong black tea
