I went to art school and took an elective on voice:

An excerpt from a voice textbook: "If you have conscientiously practiced the sequence of exercises in this book, you will have acquired experiential knowledge of your voice. You are on your way to becoming your own authority on your own body and how to guide yourself. Your voice is the prime instrument of your artistry, and your creativity is its master. Awareness will be the monitor of what works and what does not work. I saw a big Buddha this weekend. (and also @mishacollins.bsky.social 😌)
Me, and Buddha Mahavairocana (Dainichi Nyorai) from Japan ca. 1150-1200 of Cryptomeria wood at the RISD Museum Misha Collins, taking a selfie at Rhode Island Comic Con from a ridiculous angle, and me: gazing at him exasperatedly/disapprovingly/lovingly. Why is he like this? IDK but I like it. Misha Collins and me: grinning and lacking any semblance of my cool exterior. Unfortunate!
