There's a good response paper to it summing up other issues with it here including incorrect data and lumping lots of things that aren't related together, that's just the most obvious bad faith misleading bit IMO

I.e. that there is high certainty that it does not lead to death. But as no one reads beyond abstracts obviously very misleading.

Biggest example is that the McMasters review into top surgery claims there is "high certainty evidence for the outcome of death" in the abstract. That makes it sound like death is highly certain. It's only when you look at full data it becomes clear the "high certainty" is that no one died.

Cass intentionally abuses lack of general understanding of what "evidence based" means in this context.

Guyatt et al notably also did so in their own lit reviews, including making incredibly misleading claims in abstract which is why this heel face turn is really noteable
