DEMANDING that we Professionally Clean our place before final move out. Mind you, we planned on being out by the new year and they want it done the week before. GUESS WHAT AIN'T OPEN DURING THOSE TWO WEEKS. We planned to have the place clean by our own two hands.

The annoyance is that the Rental Management Company that the landlord goes through, IS THE SHADIEST MF'ERS THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI. The lease is the shortest and breeziest legal I've ever seen. Like a junior paralegal wrote this contract during a overnight. Charging 3x Rent for Break Lease.

Anywho, we are working on the final steps to buying our own home. We are in the closing phase on it and it's been a nerve-wracking ride. The main thing is that we've been renting a house for a couple of years.

There are Open Houses for SALE that do this as well. While it makes it convenient for buyers to tour the home on their own schedule, it is a bit unnerving.
