Last week this jasmine only had one floret in blossom, this week it turned to an absolute profusion of heady jasmine, a cloud of scent and the sound of bees as you walk past.
An abundantly flowering jasmine vine that has taken over a suburban planter and clambered up a medium sized tree with purple foliage, turning half the tree into a profusion of white jasmine blossoms.

Slowly getting back into phone macro

Ngl having a pet sleep on my bed again has been wonderful. I wasn’t going to go in this direction but Tobermory is a polite bed sleeper even if he’s reluctant to get up in the morning.

Going through some old, unsorted photos tonight, and here, have a delightful cloud formation that captivated me at the time and still captivates me now.

15. Drawing unusual, and often quite complex animals, that most people haven't seen illustrated before. Whether this is unusual birds, toads, insects, reptiles, I get a particular thrill when I know art for this animal is uncommon.

14. Cross-stitch! I enjoy doing it, both the journey, and also the outcome. I'm very strict in that I don't ever start multiple projects at once, and I've recently been working on making the back of certain projects much neater! I freehand stitch with no hoops/frames.
