like genuinely how much does it matter that this random pic u liked as a kid was linked to an eroge if the context u saw it in was so divorced from that u never even knew?? like 2000s anime culture wasn't exactly known for strict crediting of the author lol

i get that the prevalence of eroge in early anime/ nerd culture might be shocking if uve never heard abt it before but this trend of pretending it's like some underlying evil that hasn't yet been exposed is so dumb
