Hi! I'm Steve, the self-dubbed Dragon Writer. Sadly, I’m not a dragon rider, but you already knew that if you’re reading this, not listening to it.

I'm a homebrew game master and writer of both software and fantasy fiction. More of the latter here.
Six rather than “sixth,” but hey, it’s emphasized. I’m impressed by how many sixth’s are out there.

While perusing a bounty board, Anzan forgets someone. It better not have been Avé… cheers to having a big personality.

As always, taken from my fantasy novel WIP Brotherhood of the Lost. #WIPSnips

You do not need AI to write for free. If you can view this ad, you can write for free. I am glad to help however I can. But please, have enough self-respect to tell the story you want to tell in the way you want to tell it. Become a writer, not a prompt crafter. #WritingCommunity #booksky

Love me a good book or some theater-of-the-mind DnD.

Who needs a picture when you have a thousand words? #writesky #dnd

In this snip, the bounty hunters find themselves in a crypt as they chase their quarry, so lots of bones, bone crunching, boney creatures, boney vibes… you name it, we’ve got your word of the day “bones”.

Taken from my fantasy novel WIP Brotherhood of the Lost. #WIPSnips

The few have many means to create a shock wave that shakes millions of people.

Millions of people have few means, and create vibrations too soft to be felt. But a million vibrations at once creates a shock wave that shakes the few.

Got writer's block on an upcoming scene or big encounter?

Using a dictionary or other word of the day app, I like to check the previous two days’ words and force myself to incorporate them into my work. Even if you end up abandoning the words, it really starts the creative juices flowing!

First post is a new year's resolution to start posting in 2026. If you're reading this later and you've scrolled to the end of my posts, then you know exactly how well that has or hasn't gone so far. Moreover, thanks for making it this far!
